A pretty, compact, 19th century Victorian Dressing Table.
Crafted from fine mahogany wood, the piece, incorporates for two sweet drawers - making for an ideal storage for makeup, brushes, etc.

Raised on a handsome central turned leg with scroll design, to a platform base.
With pleasing tilting mirror with elegant, scrolled upright supports.

** We would wish to point out that the are various signs of 'localised' wear to the veneer, however none of which being major and in our opinion, do go to provide a greater depth, to what is a highly attractive, and practical Victorian bedroom piece.

Artisan painted in one of our trademark BB greys - this time, a restful, soft light Gustavian grey - the piece now demonstrating lots of timeworn depth and texture to its finish.

Another of our Belle Biche works that will appeal to those of you who (if like me) appreciate and embrace the look of 'authentic imperfection' in their painted pieces of furniture!

All of the above before finally being aged, using 'specialist artisan
techniques' - all of which go to provide the painted woodwork with a most divine, 'textured' finish.

With plenty of 'rough texture' to its finish, it will appeal to those of you who, (if like me), appreciate and embrace the look of authentic 'imperfection' in their 'painted' pieces of furniture!

The finished piece now striking a perfect balance between the 'formal' and 'informal' - the 'elegant' and the 'rustic'.
