This is a fine example of a pleasingly proportioned, two drawer, George III style, serpentine side table.
A handsomely designed, solid mahogany piece; standing on 4, classic, tapered legs, to spade feet.
with super proportions, it will also comfortably house a chair, underneath, so would also be perfect to utilise as an elegant dressing table or writing desk too.
Exquisitely artisan painted, in a hand mixed shade of our classic, in-house 'French Ash Grey' - made to our own, unique BB recipe - comparable in tone to F&B's 'Dovetale'.
Another of our 'perfect neutrals' - drawing on a natural, nature palette. inspired by the varied hues of the magnificent dry stone walls that divide the breathtaking Derbyshire landscape, where we live.
All of the above achieved, before the piece being 'aged' - using specialist artisan techniques - now lending the woodwork with a most divine and 'aged' patination - finished in a manner that remains the very cornerstone of antique Gustavian, provincial style pieces.
