Antique Original Provincial French Petite Placard

This lovely, mid 1920's compact French placard standing, to the front, on pretty turned 'toupie' feet.
Featuring a rectangular stepped top, above a full width single drawer, and block corbels.
Below, a two door cabinet, with pleasing fielded panel doors; internally housing two shelves (which are 'more modern' pine additions to the original shelves which would have originally been present).

Complete with original brass hardware and a working key.

With the exception of an isolated piece of missing trim to the far r/h side of the drawer base (as displayed on image 4), Coupled with a few little 'isolated' knocks, this sweet, French antique piece is presented in good working order, and would offer both grace and practicality to any room.

Displaying a classic 'Gustavian Style' vibe, having been artisan hand painted, in a soft 'Nordic White' in-house mix. before being artisan aged, in our unique, 'timeworn BB signature finish'.

With plenty of 'depth & texture' it will appeal to those of you, who (if like us) appreciate and embrace the look of authentic 'imperfection' in their painted pieces of furniture!
