Designed to easily dismantle or ‘knock-down’ in the same practical way the French conceived their ‘armoires’ in the C18th & C19th to uphold a degree of home comfort for officers travelling abroad.

Marrying classic design with artisan craftsmanship, this lovely 'clean line' wardrobe featuring a handsome 'stepped' cornice, above two arch panel doors - each fitted with a wooden turned pull.
Its classic 'acanthus carved corbels' adding handsome depth and interest to the clean line design.
Internally housing a handy upper shelf, which sits above a full width hanging space. Its hanging section comfortably accommodating for a standard adult size coat hanger.
All of the above, raised on a pleasing plinth base.

Colour-wise, artisan hand-painted in a mix of our timeless in-house 'Almendra'.
This mix being pretty close in tone to F&B's 'Shaded White'.
Being a soft natural light tone of 'ecru' - a classic colour, synonymous with both French and Gustavian pieces, from times long gone by!
