Fabulous, mid-century, 8 drawer chest commode.
With appealing Gustavian style, this spacious chest raised on ogee bracket feet.
Having a lovely rectangular moulded top, below two concealed, upper drawers - each lined with red baize.
Below, a further 6 drawers, each displaying classic, swan neck brass handles.

Colourwise, artisan painted in a (hand-mixed) shade of pleasing, light Gustavian Grey (being somewhat close in tone to F&B's 'Cornforth White'). This being another of our classic, 'neutral' Belle Biche colours - which have, in each instance been inspired by the varied hues of the magnificent dry stone walls, that divide the breathtaking Derbyshire landscape, where we live.

All of the above achieved before applying our unique, Belle Biche specialist ageing techniques - and finished in a manner that remains the 'very cornerstone' of rustic French Country pieces.
