A hugely handsome, George III Style mahogany 'Bonheur Du Jour' with serpentine frontage and having six, sweet, bijou drawers, flanked by two, side cabinets. The writing table, resting above two, good sized drawers. All raised on pleasing, tapered legs to spade feet. Artisan hand painted in our delicate Belle Biche, 'Derbyshire Stone' - a classic tone of timeless, natural ecru - synonymous with French and Gustavian pieces from times long gone by.

For further guidance on the colour - this particular mix of our Derbyshire Stone being close in tone to F&B's 'Oxford Stone'. After painting, the piece has then been aged, using 'specialist artisan techniques' - lending the table with wonderfully authentic, 'timeworn' feel. With plenty of 'rough texture' to its finish, it will appeal to those of you who, (if like me), appreciate and embrace the look of authentic 'imperfection' in their painted pieces of furniture!
