Antique Flemish Solid Pine Armoire

Standing, to the front on handsome, bun feet, displaying classic panel design to its pleasing, large, double doors, this provincial style, antique Flemish armoire would be equally at home as a linen, larder piece; or equally, to utilise as a pretty, 'conventional' wardrobe.

Crafted from solid pine, the sturdy piece displaying lovely form and grace, offering good proportions, combined with highly appealing 'rustic provincial' style.

With a pleasing domed cornice, featuring pretty scroll edging, above two, handsome panelled doors- each with beautiful, hand carved urns, with decorative floral accents. The piece also provides for a handy, single drawer below.

Internally configured with two, deep, removable shelves, it also retains its (later fitted) hanging rail, along with a series of several, fixed wooden pegs to its T&G backboards.

Complete with its original hardware; including round door pulls (one of which does have a small, isolated chip to its edge, which is purely 'cosmetic' wear, and to be honest, is hardly noticeable).
Also displaying its original, brass escutcheons, plus a working key.

Artisan, hand-painted in a hand-mixed shade of delicate, Nordic White.
Before being artisan aged in our unique, BB 'signature' finish - the piece finished in a manner that remains the very cornerstone of provincial continental Country pieces..
