C 19th Compact Mirrored Dressing Table

Create depth and interest to your bedroom space with this hugely elegant, Victorian, Duchess Style Dressing Table.

Displaying for graceful sweeping lines, this very sweet, bijou piece, dating from the mid-Victorian period.
Having a moulded tilting mirror, with elegant scrolled upright supports and a pretty splindle gallery back.

With a series of useful, small drawers, the dressing table further complimented by an additional, bijou, central frieze drawer.
All raised on elegant, carved, turned supports terminating in squat, pad feet, united by pleasing under-tier.

In terms of condition - there are some localised foxing specs to the mirror, and too, a few signs minor knocks and nicks, but for the rest, this fine antique piece remaining is super antique order.

Artisan hand-painted in a hand-mixed shade of timeless 'French Ash Grey' - created to our own unique, BB recipe - being a couple of tones darker than F&B's, classic 'Dovetale'.

Another offering from our classic 'neutral' palette - our mixes created for their timeless serenity.
Each of which having too, been inspired by the varied hues of the magnificent dry stone walls that divide the breathtaking Derbyshire landscape, where we live.

All of the above being achieved before applying our specialist artisan ageing techniques - and finished in a manner that remains the very cornerstone of rustic French Country Style pieces.
