And this superbly handsome French placard clearly echoes that sentiment!
This hugely handsome, late C. 19th, provincial French placard raised to the front, on turned bun feet.
A lovely, antique piece, embracing a pleasing 'clean line' design; perfect to utilise a a fine linen, or larder cabinet.
Featuring a well-proportioned, rectangular 'stepped' top, above a full width, single drawer, fitted with exquisite decorative brass hardware.
Below, a spacious, two door cupboard, with pleasing fielded panel doors; opening to reveal for three, spacious shelves.
Flanked by classic scroll corbels, and complete with original brass hardware, and a working key.
Finished in our sophisticated, decant 'Parisian Noir', and given bold contrast, with copper gold accents, the piece creating for a hugely appealing 'boho' vibe - lending the design with an 'understated' air of grandeur,
